Mariaa Siga

Mariaa Siga (born Mariama Siga Goudiaby) is a composer and performer from Casamance, Senegal. In 2009, she won a talent competition and was thereafter spotted by the leader of Joan of Arc group. The leader refined her music skills and helped shape her music career. In 2010, as a resident of the Palen studio, she played a role in the film 'Mon Rêve', for the Senegalese channel RDV.
